Description:

  • JSY-MK-665 is a new generation of single-chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor developed by Jiansiyan. It is developed based on the GXHT3 weak signal detection design platform and MEMS process design platform. It integrates high-sensitivity MEMS humidity-sensitive elements to reduce the interference of multi-chip signal transmission. In addition, the wide power supply voltage range of 3.3-5V makes it adaptable to various power supply environments.

Sensor performance

  • Recommended operating conditions
  • The sensor shows optimal performance when operated within the normal recommended temperature and humidity ranges (5°C–60°C and 20%RH–80%RH, respectively). Long-term exposure to conditions outside of the normal range, especially at high humidity, may temporarily shift the relative humidity signal (e.g. +3%RH after 60 hours at >80%RH). After returning to the normal temperature and humidity ranges, the sensor will slowly return to calibration on its own. Long-term exposure to extreme conditions may accelerate aging.

Application Information

4.1 Application scenario design

  • In terms of product design, the sensor has the following features:
  • To improve system stability, the following two power supply options are available:

  • Application circuit 1, the pull-up voltage of SDA and VCC are powered by MCU.
  • Note: 1. The host MCU supplies JSY-MK-665 with a power supply voltage range of 3.3 ~5V.
  • 2. When JSY-MK-655 is just powered on, MCU will give priority to supplying power to VCC, and SCL and SDA can be set to high level after 5ms .

  • Application circuit 2, the working condition of JSY-MK-665 is controlled by whether GND is grounded.
  • Note: 1. Users can indirectly control the GND grounding by controlling the switch module composed of transistors to achieve the power-off effect of JSY-MK-665 .

 

4.2 Pin Definition

4.3 Power Pins

  • The power supply range of JSY-MK-655 is 3.3 - 5 V, and the recommended voltage is 3.3V. VCC is powered on first or synchronously before SDA and SCL to avoid leakage current from the signal line (SCL/SDA), which may cause the chip to be in a non-working state after power-on.

 

4.4 Serial Clock SCL

  • SCL is used to synchronize the communication between the microprocessor and JSY-MK-665 . Since the interface contains completely static logic, there is no minimum SCL frequency.

 

4.5 Serial Data SDA

  • The SDA pin is used for data input and output of the sensor. When sending commands to the sensor, SDA is valid at the rising edge of the serial clock SCL, and when SCL is high, SDA must remain stable. After the falling edge of SCL, the SDA value can be changed. To ensure communication security, the effective time of SDA should be extended before the rising edge of SCL and after the falling edge . When reading data from the sensor, SDA is valid after SCL becomes low (TV) and remains until the next falling edge of SCL.
