Description

Micro single-phase current detection module can be widely used in energy-saving transformation, electric power, communication, railway, transportation, environmental protection, petrochemical, steel and other industries to monitor the current and power consumption of AC equipment.

Features

1. Meet the measurement standards in the charging pile identification specification jjg1148-2018 and gb_t_17215.321-2008.

2. MODBUS-RTU protocol.

3. Accurately measure single-phase AC voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, electric quantity and other electrical parameters.

4. One 3.3V TTL communication interface.

5. Electrical insulation withstand voltage 3000VAC.

6. Multiple specifications can be selected, single turn through core PCB fixed or open transformer, which is convenient and easy to use.

7. It can be changed and customized according to customer requirements.

Technical Parameter

1. Single phase AC input
1) Voltage range: 100V, 220V, 380V, etc.
2) Current range: 5A, 50a, 100A, etc., and the model of external open current transformer is optional.
3) Signal processing: special metering chip is adopted, and 24 bit AD is adopted.
4) Overload capacity: 1.2 times the range is sustainable; The instantaneous (<20ms) current is 5 times, the voltage is 1.5 times, and the range is not damaged.
5) Input impedance: voltage channel >1k Ω /v.

2. Communication interface
1) Interface type: 1-way 3.3V TTL communication interface.
2) Communication protocol: MODBUS-RTU protocol.
3) Data format: software can set “n, 8,1″, “E, 8,1″, “O, 8,1″, “n, 8,2″.
4) Communication rate: baud rate can be set at 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600bps; The baud rate defaults to 9600bps.

Voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, electric quantity and other electrical parameters.

4. Electrical isolation
The tested power supply and the power supply are isolated from each other, and the isolation withstand voltage is 3000VAC.

The DC power supply is 3.3V, and the power consumption is 8~10ma.
