Streamlined Hardware for Versatile Deployment
- The JSY-MK-811 is engineered based on Jiansiyan's SUM (Sustainable, Upgradable, and Maintainable) design philosophy. It supports both single-phase input (176-264V, up to 63A total load) and three-phase input (3×220V 50Hz, up to 3×63A total load, with customizable 63A/120A/150A options available). Output configurations are highly flexible, supporting up to 48 outlets with standard 8A per outlet, upgradeable to 20A high-current output. The modular design allows for flexible integration with control modules to expand output channels as needed.
- At the heart of the board is a 2.0-inch TFT color display with a 1-second refresh rate, delivering real-time visualization of voltage, current, power, energy, and other electrical parameters for both total and per-outlet readings. The display offers 0.01V/A resolution for voltage and current, 0.01kWh resolution for energy, and achieves ±1% power accuracy with a response time of ≤1s—comparable to professional metering instruments.
- Beyond power monitoring, the JSY-MK-811 supports two channels of temperature and humidity sensors (±0.5°C / ±2% accuracy), along with 4 switch inputs and 2 switch outputs for connecting door access control, water immersion detectors, smoke sensors, and other environmental monitoring devices. This enables integrated monitoring of both power distribution and data room environmental conditions from a single device.
Cascading Connectivity and Comprehensive Alerts
- The JSY-MK-811 features built-in RS485 cascading functionality with two RS485 ports on the same communication bus, supporting daisy-chaining of up to 4 units over distances up to 1200 meters using shielded twisted-pair cables. Administrators can manage all master and slave devices through a single host Web interface, significantly reducing operational overhead
- A customizable multi-channel alert system helps mitigate power and environmental risks. Users can set thresholds for over-voltage (110-300VAC), under-voltage (0-300VAC), over-current (0-63A), and temperature/humidity limits. When thresholds are exceeded, alerts are triggered via onboard buzzer, LCD flashing, email notifications, and SNMP Trap messages. The device automatically records event and alarm logs (up to 100 entries), exportable to PC for troubleshooting and analysis.
